Zusammengestellt aus mehreren verschiedenen Übungen um den Stoffwechsel und die Fettverbrennung so richtig anzukurbeln.
Spaß pur ist hier angesagt.
Anschließend wird in eine 10 Minütige Entspannung übergegangen um das Herz-Kreislaufsystem zu entspannen und zu beruhigen.
